Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Some Sunday night messing around...

Using TouchOSC to send data from the phone accelerometer+slider via Firefly to Kangaroo physics, where it controls forces for Roll,Yaw and Thrust. Moving camera attached with Horster.

Cool! it would be nice to add collision forces between the elements :)

Well nice job, I ever wrote  shooting game using Processing. Instead of box ,I hang many small images which rotate and face to the camera all the time.

I'm not too familiar with horster camera control, but if you can control multiple viewports you could  have yourself a little multiplayer split-screen starfox-style action - if your line/laser intersects the other player's ship you get a point (and a cool explosion happens).

Someone better do this!

Now make a "shoot" button in touch osc and have your flying ship shoot a line directly forward and if it intersects any objects explode them with kangaroo!
