"Why is it more accurate?  Again, take a look at where those points go when you use a CurveCP component.  Using the distance as a radius for a circle, it still does not meet the bounding curve at more than one location..."

"For the points to lie on the medial axis, they should be equidistant from more than one point on the boundary.  As we can see here, this gets close, but does not hold up to the definition of Medial Axis..."

"A second version which is more like Daniel's original solution to use a set of points along the boundary curve...same number of components.  Reduced both by one component towards the end... "

Hey,

Can we send data from grasshopper in one pc to grasshopper in another pc linked with lan using ghowl, to more processing... if yes, how? and will it be able to update the data stream if e change the parameters in the first pc? 

 

Is there a primer or a document/video of some sort as a tutorial...since m new to ghowl ?

hey louis, this is george from the htwk leipzig.....got a littl prob with my current project. these streamlines arent made with grasshopper, but they should be! there are nice tools from daniel piker to do this, but i cannot generate nice and clean streamlines from the points! please give me some tipps.........greetz george
