Minimized Path Network from Voronoi with Kangaroo Springs

Attempting to use springs within kangaroo to simulate Frei Otto's minimized path networks. Have a voronoi diagram generated within grasshopper at the moment but problem is voronoi cells generate duplicate lines and points within same diagram.

Have attached the ghx definition with the rhino file. A portion of the definition has been scripted to differentiate the anchor points from the nodes to connect to kangaroo. Problem happens after connecting exploded voronoi lines with kangaroo. Need help. Anyone familiar with kangaroo pls?

Kangaroo has other components to delete duplicate lines and points. Have you tried that?
Using booleans and some cull components you can filter duplicates elements too.
hi thanks for your replies. the ghx defintion attached includes the dupLn function from kangaroo which I have attempted to use to delete the duplicate lines. duplicate lines are deleted successfully but somehow when i feed it into kangaroo springs input it fails. have been cracking my head on this for days now.

as for using boolean and cull components, I'm not too sure how the duplicated lines can be deleted. would be great if you could provide a method for executing that.
hi,

I tried this with GH 0.7.0055 and Kangaroo version 0.02.
the Kangaroo component turns red, the Weaverbird wbJoin has an Error...

any Ideas?

Christoph
Set the tolerance for the duplicate filter a bit higher and it will work.

This Totally Solved my problems with the duplicate data. thanks so much.

hmnn I know this is old, but mind posting a screenshot, it seems because of new versions some components are missing.
