algorithmic modeling for Rhino

open port component is red in GH/Firefly

I uploaded firmata on Arduino wich is connencted to com port 3 in device manager.
When I insert Open Port component in GH/Firely, it stay red ... how do I get a hooray message?

please help!

Can you tell me what the error message says?  Also, can you make sure you don't have the serial port already open by another application (this might be because the Serial Monitor in the Arduino IDE is already open... or perhaps you have another GH definition open which has opened the port).
