Kangaroo 2.0 Smooth Mesh, mixing up points

Hi!

I'm having a bit of trouble with the Smooth component in Kangaroo 2.0. Am I missing something or is it a bug?

Problem:

I want to smooth a large set of tween-crvs by using kangaroo 2.0.

I divide the crvs into a large set of points and make a mesh out of them to smooth. After running kangaroo my points are all messed up. 

Anybody else run into this problem, or found a solution?

Because of the complexity of the initial crvs i cant sort them using their new xyz-coordinates.

Because they move a significant amount I can't sort them with the original point location or cvs.
