Unable to locate grasshopper 0.9.64.0 folder

It differs from machine to machine and may even be subject to user privileges, I'm not sure. Just search your entire harddrive for Grasshopper.dll

RHI tends to install into %appdata%\McNeel\Rhinoceros\5.0\Plug-ins\ so that's a good place to start.

C:\Program Files\Common Files\McNeel\Rhinoceros\5.0\Plug-ins\Grasshopper (b45a29b1-4343-4035-989e-044e8580d9cf)\0.9.64.0

Is where 0.9.64 got installed to in my Win8.1 machine. .61 and .62 installations went to the appdata folder on the same machine but installed probably under Win8. Would be really interested how this is determined. I'm pretty sure, I used the same privileges and settings.
