algorithmic modeling for Rhino

So i'm trying to use my panel that i've created before into a new surface definition.

This surface definition based on constraints that effects the openings on the surface.

Well, this is the problem...

Instead of using divide domain-isotrim i'm trying to make the panel in an exact size or arround 2.5 (it's not necesarry to be exact)

So i've been trying a lot using geodesic, intersect it using it's curves, split it..

But i seems to get those problems..

Can anyone help?

I want to know if it's the surface that has problem or i'm working with a wrong process

And if you kind enough to fix the gh definition and post it here, i will be really thankhul..

I know there is another good approaches, but for a while, you can use this definition.

I think I've seen this problem before tackled by extracting the surface's boundary isocurves, i.e. the first (0) and last (1) isocurves in both the "u" and "v" directions, dividing them either by length or by number, and joining the points that are in the same isocurve direction. 

Unfortunately this does not work with trimmed surfaces. Maybe untrimming the surface in rhino getting points/rectangles and then culling the rest will do.

i just found out that my definition doesnt work because of the extreme is different than i think.

first i assumed that the first line that i used for cutting the surface is the highest (which is actually not)

then... i search for the extremes, and it resulted differently, because i'm cutting the surface with a line that fully intersect them the problem is generated, so the problem is on the surface. i'll post my last GH definition here.

This is my last definition, but it seems that there are still some slight errors in the surface splitting process.

The error is that when the surface trimmed there are some surfaces that switch the order of the verticles and edges. the resulting 4ptsurface ofcourse it's bending, twisted.

I split the surface 2 times, first the vertical, then the horizontal, the horizontal one i exclude some lines that are less than 2.4 length, which usually are the curves that would split into triangle instead of rectangle surface.

Oh yeah, i really need to use 4 pt surface because it's more planar/looks modular instead of just splitting the surface using isocurve.

Can anyone help me fix this issue? i really need to use the surface that i made, because i want to remake a skin of an existing building.
