Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi, I want to merge two trees with each have 2 branches, and the final tree has 4 branches.

I use path mapper to convert one tree in the process.

The final tree seems OK, but when I use it for later manipulation, something strange happened. Please see the pictures below.

If I only use one tree, everything is fine, but when I use the merged tree, tree 1 seems haven't been split.

Any idea what happened?

It looks like you're trying to apply four branches each of 5 values to two branches each of 5 values...how exactly do you want these to match up?

I want the the first branch of each of the trees become the two children of the first branch of the final tree; the second branch of each of the trees become the two children of the second branch of the final tree;

Then, the two first level of the final tree goes to the two layer respectively.

Please see my GH file.

need help~~~

Thanks for your reply. But sorry I didn't get it.

Do you mean use this to replace branches that I already did with path mapper?

I don't think the problem is this.
