what is WB=Weaver Bird and MAU=Mesh Analysis & Utility according to the sample of the the site http://formularch.blogspot.com.au/ ? how are these plugins related to the grasshopper?

Just as Grasshopper is a Plug-in to Rhino, Weaver Bird and Mesh Analysis & Utility are plug-ins to Grasshopper. They contain components written by third parties for use in GH usually filling in gaps where Grasshopper lacks functionality.

Dear friend. I installed the program. honestly, I'm still wrestling with the program. Probably, I need more tutorial to cope with , maybe, I have problem in other parts of grasshopper. indeed, I want to know, according to the http://formularch.blogspot.com.au/2012/03/grasshopper-voronoi-skele... what is happening in this diagram. how can I access to the voronoi. Is the diagram created just by grasshopper ,and two other mentioned plug-ins!!!
