algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Do someting just like the following picture, I know it is giulio piacentino's work.how can i achieve this?

What part of it do you want to replicate? To replicate it completely you should know how to do the following:
- Populate a surface with geometry.
- Change the shape of the geometry by it's distance to two attractor points.
- Make the geometry start off tangent to the main surface.

I know that three points and i also do something similar to that,but not very perfect,I'm sure there are some details don't get right.A ghx file will be appreciate.

Here's one way of doing it. This way in parcitular makes the "chimneys" perfectly tangent to the surface and doesen't need a scripting component to trim holes on the surface. You can also use an infinite number of points for attractors.

Just change the xml for ghx! That should work
Should you not go about finding the solution in the various guides and websites there are out there? If it is a test, then asking for the answer is kind of ..... or exactly like cheating.
