Nicely done! I have developed a similar definition that uses sight lines and other parameters (C-value, etc) to drive multi-tier bowl sections and then sweep them in plan. You're quality of vision display is a cool feature. Grasshopper is a good too…

Ground Broken on Hangzhou Sports Center!

On December 26th, ground was broken on the Hangzhou Sports Center. I am happy to have been a part of this amazing project since the competition that took place over a year and a half ago.

Grasshopper has been an important tool for the design and development of this project....

I would like to know more about how you tackled anfractuocity. With the images you have posted you have spent a fair bit of time vb scripting. What does the grasshopper definition look like? At our office we are starting to experiment with using grasshopper at the urban scale....
