Good news is, the optimization can be applied in many more places in Grasshopper. Hopefully it will speed a lot of things up (though it will take a LOT of coding so it won't happen overnight).

I am relatively new in GH so I can't understand some necessary data inputs to make wind example scene work (http://www.grasshopper3d.com/group/kangaroo/page/example-files). Can you please help me somehow, maybe to send me screenshot of GH canvas with working component setup?
