algorithmic modeling for Rhino
Hi guys,
So im trying to recreate what i have explored in a physical model with bending and fixed anchor points. I would like to know if anybody knows how i can bend a curve to intersect with itself at certain points. For example if the horizontal line below was a piece of wire and i wanted to attach point 1 to point 1 and point 2 to point 2 it would bend in order to accommodate its new anchor points. This is where my minimal kangaroo knowledge is preventing me from knowing how to model this in 3d. Id really appreciate any advice or help anybody can give me to point me in the right direction!
