Energy Simulation Help

I'm working on an assignment for my class to run an energy simulation on my house. I'm trying to add trees around my home to see how much they affect the house through shading

I was assuming I would add a shading component via DIVA and hook that up to a brep, but that's where I'm stuck. Any help with this would be great! Let me know any additional info I need to provide. I'm very new to all this.

I'm running Rhino 5, Grasshopper, DIVA, and Energy Plus
