how to make the edge rounded

hi everyone, im very newbie in rhino and grasshopper.

im need help for some case, im finish some model in grasshopper but i want make every join rounded.

I'm looking for a fast way to do this, and I was wondering if there isn't a simpler and faster way to do this with Grasshopper.
