Ellipse Packing is it feasible in grasshopper?

Hi. 

I'm trying to make a self arranging model/diagram using circle packing. I soon discovered that in order to model spaces more realistically i have to upgrade to an ellipse packing model. The issues are these:

1. Circle packing is a 1D packing algorithm as it only allows for one parameter to separate between spaces. 

2. This creates problems when arranging spaces that are irregular (i.e not circular) and secondly when arranging spaces in 3 dimensions. 

Is there a way to apply it on grasshopper using kangaroo?

I modified a model i found on here in a previous forum.
