Nesting 2d curves- group of open and closed curves with text tags

Hello I am trying to generate lasercut drawings of a model in which curved sections are to be stacked on top of each other to form a final model (as shown in second image attached).

In the first image red curves are laser cut curves and blue curves are guide curves to place top piece which would be engraved. All these curves are numbered using grasshopper too.

I am looking for a solution to nest them into a sheet so that there is minimum wastage of my material.

For first model I arranged them manually as shown in image below, but that wasted my material a lot. Even generation plugins nesting command does not work. It reports all curves should be closed. Moreover It do not take group of each curves to arrange it along with associated text. Please guide me how that can be achieved.
