Origami/ Folding structure Kangaroo

Hello,

I'm quite new to grasshopper, and I have been trying to build this folding origami from its 2D pattern, but I can't get it to work quite right. 
I think the problem is from my mesh but I'm not quite sure. 
Anyone has an idea of how I could fix this ?
