Octopus Algorithm

I have built a tower algorithm to run through octopus, but I am unable to activate octopus. I thought my input in the mesh of my building would help but It's not activating. I'm not sure if I missed a step or I need to simplify my algorithm. I have attached my file onto this discussion. I really appreciate the help. Thank you ahead of time. :)
