simplify this script

Hello everyone,

I've been working with this script, it's pretty straightforward, essentially it's a JPEG sampler that will dictate the size of circular perforations on my surface. However, I need the U and V numbers (45 and 275) to be quite high for my panel to look correct and when ever I try to run it with the U and V at the appropriate settings it crashes my computer. Can anyone think of a way to simplify this script so my computer can handle it? How the script is now, is how i would like to be able to bake the surface with the perforations in it. I have 2 other surface I would like to do also with similarly high U and V settings so I'd like to try to figure this out if it's possible.
