Get this (used C# in order to extrude both sides at once).

Find a couple of minutes for the trad update: this is how it should been done (Note: switch to Cheese mode only if you are OK with the circles - Rhino is incredibly slow in "solid" ops).

PS: In case that GH can't memorize the image ... connect as follows:

Thank you very much for your help! To be honest, I've been looking around your complex scripting and couldn't comprehend it as I'm not advanced. I hope I would know how to understand them?

Complex it isn't > it just uses C# for extruding both sides at once (and remap in order to handle with radii with the proper way).

There's no component hat does this.

This update works regardless of plane (as you use it). Added 2 more test cases.

OK, added in parallel (deactivated as delivered) a by-pass both C# "option" (with components) in order to understand better what's going on.

BTW: this by-pass does not include the 2 C# working "modes" ((a) inspect via circles and (b) perform the boolean) but it could been added using gates.
