Does force objects must be those of the geometry object in Kangaroo?

I'm just wondering if the force objects needs to be obtained from the geometry, so in my case, the geometry in kangaroo is a mesh, so does the force objects that run through such as spring and anchor points needs to be derived from the mesh?

As I was having quite a bit of trouble trying to get the force objects from the mesh, I got my lines partly straight from the brep (produced by lofting curves and joining all resulting breps), combining with other mesh edges. I got my anchor points from the original curve division (grabed from rhino). hoped it worked but still didn't
