Kangaroo 2 Data Trees Flattened

I'm wondering if the newest Kangaroo 2 has the ability to preserve the organization of data, in a similar fashion to the Geometry Input of the old Kangaroo.

Everything seems to emerge flattened.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
