Reconstructing Deep Surface Protoype

Hi,

I'm attempting to reconstruct the Hyper-Toroidal Deep Surface Prototype at Stuttgart University. Currently I am just trying to work out how to make the individual aperture components using the Kangaroo and WeaverBird plugin. 

I then need to somehow arrange them into the network that they make up in the prototype. I have no idea where to start.

Any tips on how to achieve this would be incredibly helpful!
