Turning Torso: Change shapes of groups of floorplates?

I have a series of floor plates generated by a turning torso script that sets floor heights and number of floors and then generates groups of those along with the distance between these groups.  

I'm just trying to figure out how to change the shapes of individual groups of floor plates, so a group of square floor plates for example, and then the next group could be a group of circular floor plates?

I've attached the necessary files if you'd like to try for yourself.
