How to uninstall PTforGH?

Sorry to post what I would think a painfully obvious question, but even after minutes of googling I could not find out how one uninstalls PTforGH.

I think it's a great PlugIn, but to be honest, I find most things are possible with native GH components just as well. In fact, creating grids yourself often puts you in better control. People who run systems without PTforGH on them are also thrown off when they see unfamiliar components.

So, how can I uninstall PTforGH for now?
