Random component turning out not so random results

I am attempting to construct a paneling definition similar to Lunchbox's 'Random Quad Panels' component. I am using a random component to get a random number of curve divisions which I then use to get random t values (0 to 1). Why is it that my t values all seem to match as I have highlighted below? Is there a different method of doing this so I do not get similar t values?

You need to provide a different seed for each branch.

Series with [number of branches] elements -> graft -> S
