seems like the crvs you are using aren't lines. I would suggest using the evaluate curve component to get the correct vector.

I've also added a method that tries to determine the correct location of teh tangent point on the circle.

thanks Danny for all you solutions! it dont resolve my problem but really help me to found it. finnally i will decompose my curve in part to have the number of tangeant that i would.really thanks for your attention and time passed to help me and have a good day!!!
