algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi -- I am solving an intersection event between a referenced Brep and parallel planar surfaces. I then divide the curves from the BBX to get the tangent vectors at each point. The problem that I'm having is that the vectors at the points on the top-most curve are pointing in the opposite direction from all of the other vectors, which looks like this:

If I adjust my 'Distance from Top/Bottom' slider, the upper curve moves down in z, becomes larger, and the vectors reverse

However, I want it so that all of the vectors point in the same direction at all times.

Does anybody know why the top vectors are being reversed, and how I can fix it so that does not happen?

thanks

The Curve Input to the Flip component doesn't need to be flattened.

awesome, thanks

hi bret,

before loading the model as brep

commands in rdm
