Surface trimming

Hello everyone! I'm having some problems with the bloody surface trimming... How can i do that? (Hope pic is clear ehough, you know, a picture is worth thousand words...)

use "RInt" or "MInt"

It doesn't work...

I'll explain my problem: I have those red surfaces which I got using the planar srf component (with flatten option) on two curves (one is the offset of the other), and I have that squarish perimeter. Now i'd like to have the parts of the surfaces outside the perimeter to be cut off as if I was using the trim option in rhino. Is there a way to do so?
