You could try a subSrf + dispatch?

Thank you Dirk. This strategy works just fine with a isotrim component. But by divind the surface in this way, I'm not able to acheive the necessary brick joint of 10mm between each brick box. I'm still trying to reorganise the list in a different manner so i can selec every Nth row.

so why not extract the wireframe of each subSrf and then offset internally by 5mm - will produce 10mm joints.

I've try that but the wireframe behaves strange by not using the offset plane of each subsurface.

I did something else:

Check this definition is pretty streght forward but it works. To my opinion it is not elegant enough.. too much components
