I dont know how to start, I know Rhino  basic tools  please

It looks like a huge project, I doubt anyone made a step-by-step tutorial for it.

I am afraid there is not a 'manual' available for the code. However, I have published some papers on the process for those interested in how Grasshopper is being implemented in practice. You can find links to them on my blog as others here have already pointed out.

The 'source code' and a complete manual of the parametric assembly are not mine to publish as the copyright belongs to NBBJ. They would also be of very little value to you unless 1. You are running Grasshopper v0.6 (maybe earlier) and 2. Planning on building a large steel flower-looking stadium.

Best,
Nathan

^don't forget #3 - can decode a messy tangled web of wires. Also, you spoke to me before about the mess it was when submitting CD's, was the actual grasshopper definition a part of those CD's? As in the actual definition itself, not its function or what it produced?

yeah, 3. unless you authored the thing, you really wouldn't want to touch it. ;)

The definition, itself, was never submitted as an official part of the documentation, only the resulting geometry and drawings.  It has been almost two and a half years since the last version of the main stadium definition was edited. (has it really been that long??)

I would be scared to fire it up in a new version of GH ;)

Here is a short paper about a recent 'sister' project:  a tennis center stadium.  Similar process.
