Hi Toussaint,

There are 3 easy options as I see it.

1) Built in to Grasshopper is the facility to animate 1 slider. If you have a single parameter that you want to change over time to see the effects of your definition then this is a good start. Right click on the slider you wish to animate and you will find the option in the context menu.

2) Centipede, a plug-in to GH, will drive different variables across the definition from one central hub as the animation is recorded.

3) A Screen capturing software such as camstudio that allows you to record an area of your screen whilst you are actively changing sliders etc.

The last option is not repeatable or tweak-able a bit like a live performance. Where as the centipede option will allow you to make small changes between recordings that make for a better presentation.
