Default Slider Settings

Hi People,

Perhaps someone can help. Is it possible to modify the default settings for a slider ?

For the most part i'm working with only integers with a max of 100.

Can this be done ?

I don't know that it's possible to change the default slider button in the menu, but you can easily create your own custom slider - just double click on canvas (or hit F4), type a number, and hit enter. Entering integers 10 through 100 will set the value to that number with a range of 0 to 100. Using a decimal to a specific number of digits will set the precision of the values. You can also set the range by entering an "x<y<z" format. You will need to have GH version .8.0052 or later installed for this to work.

● Typing a double quote (") into the Popup Search box will now always create a Text Panel.
● Typing a double slash (//) into the Popup Search box will now always create a Text Panel.

● Typing a plus symbol (+) into the Popup Search box will now always create an Addition component.
● Typing a minus symbol (-) into the Popup Search box will now always create a Subtraction component.

● Typing a slash symbol (/) into the Popup Search box will now always create a Division component.

This is excellent. I wasn't aware of the shortcuts or the ability to enter numerics through the canvas quick search.

I haven't found a way to do this, but once I set one up I just copy and paste it instead of recreating it. it's not ideal, but it saves a little time.
