Morphing a voronoi on a lofted

Hello, 
I came across a problem, I'm trying to morph a voronoi onto a lofted surface, i tried to grip the surface and then use the voronoi as pattern to morph it on, 
I dont know how correctly this should work. can you help?
what i am trying to do is to have a facade

I thinks you can try map to surface,

Other more complex way is put the seed point on the surface, convert to mesh and

use weaverbird dual. But i never try.
