Import external python output into GH

hello everyone,

i am running a python file outside of grasshopper that is outputing 3 different variables that are updating every half second (they are rotation values - yaw, roll and pitch - from a IMU measurement unit).

i am not able to run the python file inside grasshopper (ghPython), since I am running packages that are not available on IronPython (more specifically dronekit-python).

i want to use grasshopper as a graphical interface to this rotations, and therefore, i need to get the data from the external python file into rhino/gh somehow.

Python Output ----> [?] -----> Grasshopper

i though about using a csv file as the interface, but considering the data refresh rate, it might get a little inneficient.

any ideas?
