algorithmic modeling for Rhino

hi everyone, is this picture use voronoi evaluation?

I try use grasshopper voronoi to make.

Is that a right way?

It doesn't quite look like voronoi. But it also doesn't look like a random deformation of a regular grid. The problem is that it contains polygons with more than three edges that are nevertheless planar. There is a post somewhere which deals with randomising an irregular polygon mesh such that quads and quints etc stay planar. That may be a good starting point.

I'll be damned if I can find that discussion now though. The trick was to start with the non-triangle polygons, randomize those, then connect the corners of the randomly rotated shapes using delaunay triangles.

I use delaunay mesh component, is it seems a right way?
