Hi guys,

A "MeshPatch Tool" would be fantastic as delauney always create these strange edges: http://www.grasshopper3d.com/forum/topics/mesh-patch-on-grasshopper
The great thing about mesh patch is that one can define a boundary curve...

Also a "Mesh Split" would be useful.

Many Many Thanks,
Arthur .
Hi Arthur

we will take a look on MeshPatch but it is not that easy at all,....
so it is not that high on our priority list.

for MeshSplit:
there is already a component,...do you need something else?

Hi To],
Thanks a lot, i really appreciate.
If we could split a mesh with a closed curve then this could maybe replace mesh patch :)
Can this component only split mesh with planes?
greetings
Mesh shell or offset tool could be great :) We have mesh offset in Rhino but using it you split your workflow inside GH definition.

And could be great to have another component to make offset per vertex (you must plug-in an input telling offset distance per vetex).

Best Regards.
take a look on this example for offset and solidify in GH:

Example Script Requires: Weaver Bird for GH07 & MeshEditTools version 1.0.6.0
GH07_NakedEdge_Solidify.ghx
