The surface does not really require a network of curves, just the curves in one direction (though I am assuming a lot about the parameteriztion of the surface). I extracted those curves and fed them into a curve parameter...and those to a loft in…

It can just be a loft no? I extracted the curves in one direction and lofted, the surface looks the same though the domains are different. So you would need to figure out how you would form curves that way...
