No. you would have to generate a path structure with normal gh components and then use the Replace Branches component. Here's an example that re-groups the points from an SDivide to a different configuration

Hi Ajeiqbe Use Rhino command CreateUVCrv. All surface has square 2D UV curves internally. This means all geometry inside of UV curves, it can be mapped backed to original surface. Hope it would help.
