Hi is there a step by step for this? New to grasshopper and though Ive set my (pinch) points and they react a bit, I seem to get is a massive curve from bottom left to top right grid very confused

Thanks a lot for your quick reply! now i am trying to have as an input both Attraction Points(based on grid pinching), and repulsion points (based on grid Spreading), with different values in each point...any syggestions?

@Evan, similar to this but pull to the attraction point rather than surrounding points. http://www.grasshopper3d.com/forum/topics/grid-spreading?commentId=...

Great Def Michael!i tried to make a differentiation of your def, with different range value of each point, but there was no result.i would like to ask you, if you could help me with setting different Pinch range in each point, as i am new in Gh, and i donnot have so much experience.

Thanks A Lot!

hello, I'm a new grasshopper's user and I'm trying this definition. Is there a way to create a mesh from the resulting curves as face edges? I've tried with SDR, but it seem to be no intersection between curves.
Thanks.

sphoon, the cull icon is invert, not reverse as you have it. Also there is only one merge component now that allows you to add as many inputs as you wish. You are using an old grasshopper version. update :)

I love this grid pinching thing. But I don't quite understand the little symbol next to the "P" input in <Cull> and I can't find the right <Merge> component... Can anyone advise me on this please?

Mapping this on a surface to create pinched facades :)
