algorithmic modeling for Rhino
I’m finally back at this. Hello All,
I’ve made a small amount of progress. What I’ve currently got going is a small portion of the overall shape I’m working on. Ultimately this will become a corner joint for a table. The frame is Al. tube. The top is glass. And the corner joints are 3D printed.
The current hurdle I’m trying to get over is trying to add a little randomness to point locations on a helix. As you can see, when you apply a Voronoi to a uniform pattern of points, you get an equally uniform Voronoi pattern. I’m looking for a bit more fuzz. Any suggestions?
