Triangulate Mesh / Folding Surface

Hi, I am new to grasshopper and trying to find a way to make a foldable surface make a 3D Solid by triangulating a mesh for laser cutting and then folding. for example this ones. ( If there is a tutorial I am happy to look at it, that way I can learn how to make it from scratch, thanks. )

Is there any script out there for this examples? If needed I can upload my rhino file thought.

EDIT: Rhino File Uploaded, What I am looking for is to make it more like the first picture, a cut and a fold to make the overall shape.
