Setting Ambient Color in Ghosted Display Mode via Rhinoscript

Hi there,

how can i change the ambient color value of a display mode other than render mode through rhinoscript? i thought i could do it through rhino.rendercolor but all i read is it only changes the ambient color for renderings. please help
