problem with tree

I have attached the definition. my core problem is, i have 6 levels of data..i.e., for every one data in 1st level has few data in 2nd level.and for every 2nd level data has another set of few data in 3rd level..its basically works like tree branching . aim is to get all option as a set..i.e., {1,1.1,1.1.1,..},{1,1.1,1.1.2...},{1,1.2,1.1,..}... its like having all possible paths as one solution..so that in the end i have all iteration of the process in a list.,
