PLEASE HELP!!! Can't analyze structure if using truss elements/strange mode shapes

I am a newbie to Grasshopper and I have a deadline coming in about a week. My problem is that it seems like, from my bizarre mode shape output, my beam elements in my "diaphragm" are not connecting properly which results in not being able to analyze my structure. I'm pulling in values lines from a Rhino which I will attach. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am under a time line that is coming extremely soon. Another version of my program, which is too bulky to run an optimization on, seems to output reasonable deflections and mode shapes but the optimize-able version is far off from these values. The problems seem to arise mainly when I modify my elements to be truss members, which is an operation that I need to have work. As I said, I think the problem is in the connection of members to points. I've tried to resolve this but I've been unable to successfully make any changes.
