Planar hexagons...

My dear friends...

I try to do something like the picture...

But I have problems because when I divided the surfaces and I make hexagons in the surface when I try to apply ''planar surface'' I have a mistake because the points can do a planar surface...

Do you know how can I make hexagons, squares or any planar shape in a surface???...
