Mesh Naked Faces Cull

I often use the Delaunay Mesh but always have the need to remove some of the "shallow" faces on the boundary. For a triangular mesh face, I've defined shallow to be when the ratio of the sum of the two short edges over the longest edge is between 1.01 to 1.25.

I find this useful for "cleaning up" a mesh made with the Delaunay Mesh component from a random rectangular point cloud when I'm looking for a quick mesh to experiment with Kangaroo.
