Make one surface from multiple after baking boundary surface

Hi,

I am trying to have juste one surface from a boundary surface, but when i try to bake it, there are several faces i can't use.

Do you have an idea how to fix it?

I am also trying to put borders on my surface, but can't find the solution.

Can you help me please?

It works! I think i understand what was the problem, but i didn't know shift paths component.

Do you know how to put adjustable borders on every faces? The holes are too close of the limits.
