algorithmic modeling for Rhino

help

hello guys 

i'm new in using grasshopper and i'm facing a problem and i hope you guys can help me.

i have kinda cones that i'll be having 3 attractors i want when i move the attractor the top circles to rotate looking the attractor but i cant solve it and i cant have more than one attractor  it will be smth like in the photo i uploaded

any help? 

i uploaded my files to check it out

Here's a way to use various amounts of attractor points to independently control cone height and tapering.
